La finca Sol de los Pedroches
La Finca est située dans les montagnes de la Sierra Morena à moins d'une heure au nord de Cordoue. Elle couvre 300 hectares d'oliveraie, de pâtures et de maquis. Notre projet est d'intégrer les principes de l'agriculture régénératrice à la tradition ancestrale de la production d'huile d'olive de qualité.
The region
The Los Pedroches region is located in the Sierra Morena mountains which has been declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO .
Los Pedroches also has a protected designation of origin for the Iberian pigs that roam freely in these Mediterranean forests. The century-old holm oak is emblematic of the region.
The origin of the name
The name and logo SOL were created to recall the direct link with the concept of regenerative agriculture.
This is why the O in SOL is divided into two: SOL for the Sun (top semicircle) but also SOL for the Earth (bottom semicircle). The two parts together form a circle evoking the cycle of life.

Animals
The horses came to join the roe deer, stags, wild boars, foxes and hares .
Among the birds that delight us in the morning are the magnificent Hoopoe , Sharpe's Woodpecker, the jay, the swallow and many birds of prey.
At nightfall , the sound of frogs and crickets livens up the early evening .
