 WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?
 6 bottles of 75cl of certified organic extra virgin olive oil, from your PICUAL variety olive tree. Your oil has herbaceous aromas, a slight bitterness, and a hint of spiciness.

 Ideal raw on vegetables, as a finishing touch on meat or fish, and remarkably stable when cooked thanks to its high oleic acid content (78%). Pressed within hours of harvesting, it is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants. Store for 24 months away from light.

 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY OIL?
 The first delivery will leave within 7 days of your adoption, from our 2025 harvest stock. The next delivery will take place in February 2027 , after the next harvest and bottling.

 HOW LONG DOES THE ADOPTION LAST?
 The adoption renews automatically at the end of each season. You can pause or cancel it at any time, as long as the oil hasn't been bottled. You can also name your tree when you place your order.
